It’s been over a year since my last update here. During that time, I’ve been working deeply with clients around one theme that kept showing up everywhere: overload.
Most people believe they’re broken — that something inside them is permanently wrong. But what I’ve seen again and again is different. They aren’t broken. They’re maxed out. Too much data stored in the brain. Too many emotions left unprocessed. The system is simply overloaded.
What emotional overload looks like
When overload takes over, everything slows down.
Thinking becomes foggy.
Learning feels impossible.
Even the best therapy or mindset work doesn’t “stick,” because the system is already beyond capacity.
